Founded over 40 years ago by Dixon D. Cowley, Cowley Companies, Inc. is a diversified family real estate business. Now managed by Michael T. Cowley, the company has grown from a two-person operation to more than 15 full-time employees managing a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings and investments. These investments include raw land (primarily in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas), hard-asset lending, industrial and commercial property, and the daily management of these properties.

Cowley Companies, Inc. and its related entities own an interest in over 5,000 acres in the Denver Metro area. Additional land holdings include properties in Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, and the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston metro areas. Cowley Companies also owns and operates over 1.2 million square feet of industrial income property in the Phoenix area.
