Masterplan & Vision

  Great People Doing Great Things

Through close engagement with Commerce City stakeholders, we have a deep respect for and understanding of how to integrate Third Creek into Commerce City’s rich history while building a thriving community – with its own unique identity – that attracts families to live, work and play.

A 1,300-acre site in the Commerce City Aerotropolis area, Third Creek will be a thriving and diverse community made up of commercial, aviation technology, mixed-use, residential, schools, and open space. Located east of Tower Road, and bounded by 96th Avenue to the south, 112th Avenue to the north, and Denver International Airport to the east, Third Creek is set to be home to 5,000 residences and 6,000 jobs.

The plan includes tying into multi-modal transportation opportunities that allow residents and visitors to conveniently move around the community. The property is surrounded by major commercial and residential development properties, as well as local, national and international corporations that will also benefit from infrastructure extending into the land east of E-470
