Third Creek will offer a variety of housing choices for a diverse group of people, including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments. When development is complete, the community will be home to 5,000 residents.

  Phase I

  • Comprised of 238 acres, half of the land is anticipated to be residential with up to 5,000 residences.
  • Housing options will consist of a mix of larger and small lot residential with drive courts.
  • To kick off the next phases of the larger 1,300-acre community, Cowley and its first residential development partner, Lennar, will fund around $30 million towards regional and onsite infrastructure, parks and ROW landscaping
  • Residential lots to be marketed in mid-2020, move-in ready in 2021
  • Development will build on the rich heritage of Commerce City
  • A range of price points including small lot product types for lower-maintenance living will be available.
  • Children will have access to the following schools: Henderson Elementary School, Stuart Middle School, and Prairie View High School.
